Ryan is an athlete who figured out the key to getting gains: Recovery. His research led him to trying flotation tanks and then taking the plunge to starting the first spa of its kind in Ottawa. It’s been almost 4 years and he’s still hooked. In this one, we chat about his journey, the experience you might get and also the benefits of floating.
