The first look today is an article from SockDoc about “Why the Minimalist Footwear Trend Won’t Last”.
It’s quite interesting as he brings up a few good points including one that comes up often: most of can’t handle the truth (and less shoe)!

Our friend Blaise Dubois from therunningclinic.ca takes a look at competitiveness vs participation.
It’s quite relevant as the running boom and the changing races bring more people to the table who simply want to complete races, not compete with the best in the world.

We’re also going to look at some fun facts about avocados from MindBodyGreen. They’re ones of my favourite foods and they pack a nutritional punch, so why not?
I also really like how they spruce up dips and other foods as a yummy garnish.
