Alex is a kinesiologist who went to McGill to learn more about the body after a career in hockey. He’s been a personal trainer and strength coach for close to a decade. He’s become a human guinea pig, and has been living the carnivore lifestyle for close to 4 months after experimenting with many other diets. We talk about it all including social media, ketosis and digestion.
