This week on #WellnessWednesdays, we have another special guest, Mark Sisson, chatting about the importance of play and metabolic flexibility.

Mark is an icon in the world of fitness and nutrition, and a big influence on me and my health. He’s a former top end runner and triathlete and the author of 8 books including the Primal Blueprint. He’s a pioneer of the Paleo movement and also getting rid of sugar, grains and junk miles. Now he’s leading the charge to get North Americans healthier by going Primal.

He’s active on Twitter and blogs often on Mark’s Daily Apple. He’s also the brain behind the Primal Health Coaching movement, for which I’m a certified coach.
