Tanya’s been involved with fitness since her teens. Not long after, when a fitness instructor didn’t show up and she jumped in to lead the class. And that was the start of her 20+ year career. She’s done it all from teaching to running her own studio. We talk about fitness, how it’s changed and how she’s changed her approach.
