Dr. Ruwan is a sleep physician with a specialty in respiratory, treating patients with disorders such as sleep apnea. In this episode, we chat about the sleep spectrum, from techniques and tricks as to fall asleep and stay asleep and sleep hygiene. I’m really into sleep these days and this conversation just got me even more jazzed to sleep some more!
