This week on #WellnessWednesdays, we switch things up from the usual interview format. I’m solo (hence the monologue tag) and I chat about relaxation for 15 minutes or so.
I’m talking about my recent experiences including meditation, float tanks and reading. I also chat about yoga and the concept of play, something that’s very beneficial but has mostly been forgotten for adults these days.
