This week on #WellnessWednesdays, we chat with Dr. Brittany Moran about running injuries.
Ironically we were at the University of Windsor at the same time as I worked there in the athletic department and she ran track and cross-country but didn’t have much interaction, if any.
She’s now a chiropractor and a running coach with the Toronto Nike+ Run Club. She’s still running to this day, on top of her successful practice. She was also the fastest Canadian woman at the 2015 Boston Marathon. And she has some big plans for 2017!
