This week on #WellnessWednesdays, we chat with a very special person, my mother Gisele about fitness as you get older, and the outdoors.
Gisele was a busy single mom so she got back into the fitness game a bit later. She made up for it by doing an Ironman in her 50’s and running numerous marathons. She’s in mid sixties now but she probably look fitter than most 20 or 30 year olds.
My Mom isn’t really active on social media but you can find her on Facebook. She might reply. Maybe not.
