Another recent study, this one out of Hamilton’s McMaster University, shows that endurance exercise can stop you from looking and feeling old and may even help you live longer.
Apparently exercise is a fountain of youth and helps premature aging. And best of all, it’s free!
The study also states that most people look for a pill to make them feel and look younger but it seems there is no substitute for exercise. The study looked at mice but it seems the results translate to humans as well.
So get out there so you can feel (and look) younger!
