I never heard of this site PopSugar but I saw their article “10 Ways to Be a Better Runner (Without Logging Miles)” in a friend’s Facebook feed and it got my attention.
I agree with the bulk of them. Another good way to get better as a runner is to run more or work on your form. If only you knew a good person to help you with your running form…
