So I will be heading back to the Maritimes. That special part of Canada gets me excited for a few reasons. One the people are so friendly it’s sometimes scary. The seafood, and the good in general, is always very good. And last, but not the least, they have some amazing spots to run in, especially along the waterfront.
I’m doing a check-in session for folks who have taken my workshop, a workshop for newbies and bringing my Running the Yoga Way series to Halifax. See below for some details on my schedule for the fateful weekend at the end of this month:
