If you’re in the Ottawa area and you want to deepen your ChiRunning ability, I’m doing an Intermediate workshop in the morning of September 9. It’s open to folks who have done my intro course and have been running for a few months with the Chi principles. It will concentrate on improving your hip rotation, efficiency and we will finally be looking at hills. I’m also doing an Intro workshop in the afternoon
