Want to teach your body to burn fat as its main source of fuel? It can happen as it’s currently happening to me and a few million other lucky humans around the world. We’re going retro, like hundreds of years ago.
Come and listen as I explain all I’ve learned over the past 10 years through trials and tribulations to be as efficient as possible in my everyday living and my endurance training. And I’ll bring some science to back up some of the stuff I say. Well lots of science.
It’s all happening on Thursday, December 8 from 7 to 8:30pm. I’m waiting for confirmation from the venue but it will be fairly central in Ottawa, rest assured.
The interactive 90-minute session will introduce you to ways to:
- Have more energy throughout the day
- Get rid of food cravings and mood swings
- Get the true impacts of sugar
- Try intermittent fasting
- Understand how you can do endurance events on little to no food
- Move from a carbs-based diet to a fat-predominant one
