See above for the latest installment of my video blog. Today I’m switching it up and talking about why I love Yin Yoga so much!

I’m getting rather excited! As part of the ECinc Cross Canada Tour 2011, I will be visiting Yellowknife and teaching at the Yellowknife Racquet Club all weekend. I’m doing some talks on long distance cycling, triathlon, some Spinning session and also teaching some ChiRunning.

I’m slowly building the schedule for the rest of the summer and it’s looking like Ottawa/Kanata (June 11/12), Kelowna/Vernon (June 18/19), Halifax/Lunenberg (June 25/26), Montreal (July 2), Markham/Kitchener-Waterloo (July 9/10) and Windsor (July 16/17). Let me know if I missed your city!
