V-log: Running with gravity!

In my latest v-log, I talk about how working with gravity makes running much easier. I had a great talk about this at both my check-in session and my intro workshop this past weekend so I thought I should share with all!

Who knew? Exercise is seen as preventive maintenance!

Here is another article  from the New York Times detailing how exercise programs may be as good or better than frequently prescribed drugs for some common cardiovascular ailments, the research found. Craziness!
