Spring has sprung!

In my latest v-log (I know it’s been a while!), I chat about the perils of the nice spring weather. Get out there but take it easy, especially if you didn’t run through the big bad winter!

If you’ve taken my workshop or read enough of my blogs, you know that I’m not a huge fan of weight training to develop better runners.  I do enjoy some functional training and Runner’s World has built a good sequence of squats, which is targeted for runners.

It even comes with a short video so you find out how to do the exercises correctly!
