I had a chance to do the Full Moon Yoga session put on by lululemon at Mooney’s Bay this week. 300 or so people hanging out by the beach on a warm & breezy night. A pretty cool feeling.

I couldn’t really hear what the instructor was saying but I was like a sheep and I just following my neighbours. All in all, a great way to spend part of the evening, especially after a short bike and run combo. Just what the doctor ordered for the body and the mind and made me sleep like a baby!

I recommend it if you get a chance to do outdoor yoga, it just takes the practice to the next level!
