It’s been some busy weeks not just for me but the running and nutrition newsmakers. After seeing the video for a good chuckle (and all kidding aside, I highly recommend the trail runs with Dave & Lise) and some information, check out the links below for the lstest and greatest around the fitness sphere.

It’s spring so we’ll start off with a great reminders on a few “not to-do’s” when out for a run, thanks to Active.com. If you’ve taken one of my ChiRunning workshops, I’m sure you’ve heard me harp about these a time or two. It never hurts to hear it again!

Now a short interview with Dr. Arthur Agatston, the creator of the South Beach Diet series, about what is gluten and why you should respect it and maybe not fear it. It’s not evil or good for that matter, it’s all about how you use it.

And now some more information about the evil acts of Big Food. It seems there’s a reason we love those doughnuts and all that “comfort food”. Food addiction is real it seems. Great story by CBC on this phenomenon.
