Here is a sample of the video analysis I do. It could be the most boring five minutes of your day or some interesting stuff, depending on your mindset.

I use Coach’s Eye, a great inexpensive video analysis tool you can use for just about any sport. I also use it for my golf and triathlon clients and for myself.
