New ChiRunning promo video: What do you think?

Folks,

I just received the final version of my new ChiRunning promotional video and I wanted to know what you thought. I’m a bit biased but I like it a lot.

Kudos to Lara and Anthony from Do More Video. They even kinda made me look half decent!

So what do you think? If you’ve taken one of my workshops, do you think it reflects adequately my sessions? If not, do you think this would give you some more motivation to come and check one out?

I’m pumped to be heading back to Halifax, this time to speak at the OptiMYz Live Health Expo held at Exhibition Park on January 21-22. It seems it was pretty popular last year as over 8000 people came through the doors over the weekend.
