After a healthy break for the summer, we’re back to spread some wellness for your Fall!

This week on #WellnessWednesdays, we chat with personal trainer Jen Higgins on fitness, nutrition and workouts.

Jen is a personal trainer, bodybuilding enthusiast and a Crossfitter. She’s led tons of fitness classes, mostly for women around the Capital. Unfortunately she just moved to Vancouver, we lost a good soul in the Ottawa area.

We talk about a lot of topics among the fitness spectrum including periodization and why women (and everyone) should lift heavy!
