It’s been a while so I decided to do a video blog this week. I’m talking (with my hands) about staying inside the cylinder when running or doing any other sport.
This idea came to me while on a long(er) run, as per usual, as I see people throwing weight from side to side a lot when out running or golfing. It’s not helping you much in going forward since most of these sports work in a linear fashion.
Try to feel your body “staying in the cylinder” on your next run. Let me know how it goes for you!
