It’s the news, so it has to be true! Here’s a recent look at how exercise helps the mental health.

Like I mentioned recently I’ve changed the reason I exercise because of this new batch of research. You still get physical benefits but oh so many mental ones too!

Are you like me and you love coffee and naps? It seems they go well together and can get you feel more rested than either alone.

More research shows some they can work well together if times appropriately. So have a coffee quickly then lights out!
